Purpose

Prasha expects that all concerned officers, staff and employees of Prasha, its subsidiaries, suppliers and affiliates shall abide by the fundamental principles of ethical behaviour listed here while performing their duties. This is in addition to compliance to local laws, rules, regulations and standards applying to our business.

Freedom and Human Rights

We support and respect human rights and their protection. Employees are free to form/ join or not join trade unions or any similar representative organization as permitted under the law. Forced, bonded or compulsory labour is not used by the Prasha and its affiliates. Employees are free to leave their employment after reasonable notice as specified in their employment conditions. There is no requirement of deposit of money or papers with the employer. Child labour and persons below the age of 18 years are not employed.

At Prasha we insist on quality at every step. The manufacturing systems are ISO 9001:2015 certified with emphasis on continual improvement. Our experienced work force takes responsibility at every stage of production to ensure that quality is never compromised. We monitor our suppliers to ensure product quality, competitive pricing and overall service.

Our unique Process-cum-Quality monitoring system ensures that quality gets rooted in the manufacturing process during the prototype stage itself. The processes and parameters of each job are continuously updated. They are well documented and preserved giving us the ability to retrieve information on all our products at any later date. The system is understood by our trained operators and validated by a team of Quality and Production personnel.
